He succeeds Mr. Pawe\u0142 Smole\u0144 who is now a partner responsible for energy and resources at Deloitte Business Consulting S.A. Dr. \u0141ukaszczyk, a Polish national and Chairman of the Board at Katowicki Holding W\u0119glowy S.A.
